Q.  I am interested in getting an AutoZone VIP Loyalty Card, who do I contact?

A. Please visit your nearest AutoZone Store and fill in the VIP Loyalty Card Registration Form and hand it to an AutoZone employee. Your form will then be processed and the card will be issued to you immediately.
